AUSTRALIA'S MILITARY & POLICE PRESENCE IN PNG IS ILLEGAL & ILLEGITIMATE

Even Australians like Patrick O'Connor are aware and reveal publicly that ONeill & Namah are in government at the full pleasure of the Australian Government.

The Australian Government granted legitimacy to an illegal, unconstitutional, and illegitimate government.

Everything that ONeill & Namah are doing is with the prior knowledge and concurrence of the Australian Government.

Australia want peaceful access to the LNG Project and our resources. Australia wants to come into PNG and control it in the pretext of law & Order in election process.

When the Supreme Court was still deliberating on the issue of legitimacy of the ONeill -Namah government, Australia granted recognition, thus pre-empting the Supreme Court. When the Supreme Court made its decision according to law it didnt accord with Australia.

In effect, the Supreme Courts decision meant that the Treaties and Bi-lateral Agreements ( including the expanded ECP Agreement) that ONeill signed and sold our nation away in return for political recognition, were null and void. They were the Acts of an illegal and illegitimate government led by ONeill.

To safeguard these Agreements that allow Australia control of PNG, Australia in various conversations with ONeill has supported ONeill & Namah to smash our Judiciary and our Constitution.

The Judiciary in 2004  threw out the previous version of the ECP Agreement because it was unconstitutional. This time Australia was determined that both the Supreme Court and the Constitution were smashed to pieces by ONeill.

It goes without saying that Australia has ensured that its much funded entities like Transparency International and the OMbudsman Commission ever so vocal during other times over the minutest of breaches of Constitution or Leadership Code, have been silenced in line with Australian policy of turning a blind eye to whatever crimes ONamah government committed.

The smashing of our Supreme Court, the destruction of our Judiciary, the destruction of our Constitution and our Parliamentary democracy has all been by consent and active participation of Australian Government.

Australians are actively engaged in every capacity from legal to media advice in the ONeill-Namah government. Even Peter ONeill's own media and campaign team is headed up by a savvy media team from Australia brought in specifically to ensure his re-election. Peter ONeill is meeting with the certain Newspaper boss every week to pass on and collect information. Unscheduled Meetings with Australian High Commission are regular.

The smashing of our Constitution and our judiciary and our democratic institution and rendering us innate  and incapable of coherent government is the ultimate aim of the Australian Government. Then it can march in RAMSI style to take over this nation.

Papua New Guineans need to send a clear message to Australia if they are happy with what Australia has been doing, and if they are ready to surrender their indipendence, their constitutional democracy, and they sovereignty.

Are you?

I certainly am not. My mother gave birth to me in this country. My father was not a white man. Iam not ready to hand my birth-right away. And Iam certainly not ready to hand over this country to theives.

Much has been written already on this site on this subject by others. OConnors article comes from a well credentialled  Australian Journalist to confirm this matters. Now the agenda by Australia is clear all along.

What do you say PNG?  Have your say PNG. Do we agree with Peter ONeill selling this nation, its people and its resources to bunch of thieves living off what they have stolen from the Aborigine people?

My soul and my heritage is certainly not for sale. Australia can take its fucking Aid and shove it. PNG must re-consider and review its diplomatic arrangements with Australia.

One thing is clear, whatever the Agreements ONeill signed are illegal and unconstitutional. Australia's Military and POlice and other presence in PNG under those Agreements are illegal and illegitimate.

Australia must pull out those personel now!

  1. We are in a transition period, you just have to wait until after the election to prove your point.

  2. It is highly unlikely that Somares will ever get back. Australia certainly do not like Somares befriending Asians though they love their bucks being invested in Australia.

  3. The decision for Somares to return is for the Sepiks and Sepiks alone, not for other Papua New Guineans. Other Papua New Guineans change their leaders just like girls changing their undies. Sepik culture and heritage the leadership is passed on and not wrestled while the incumbent is still breathing. Sepiks are always original in their culture and not photocopies like the rest of PNG where we see a lot of bastard mixraces being voted into parliament.

  4. Ah boy trupla tok. We don't bow down to bastards mix races to stand for us. Those that suffer from inferiority complex get these bastards into decision making positions as they themselves don't haave the guts to do it themselves. Watch how many more of these bastards will enter from those regions

  5. Thats why wewak town will be the same like in the colonial days, those bastards in the rest of png are bringing develpment into their provinces.

    1. Sepik culture is based on sharing and giving and in return we hope it is reciprocated. This however hasn't happen for a long time and we have taken stock. We don't need bastards to bring development as we have plenty of true sepiks who can provide effective leadership. However as one brother said,we don't steal power from leaders who are still breathing. This is the somthing we don't see in many places. Time will come and when oit does, please don't cry will ya
