PNG's Worst Prime Minister Ever - PM Peter O’Neill

JAMES POWI

I have been watching silently on the sidelines minding my own business, but it has occurred to me that I can’t keep silent anymore! I must air my views regarding what I call a “political virus” aka Peter O’Neill.

First and foremost, let me be frank, PM Peter O’Neill is undoubtedly the worst Prime Minister this nation has ever seen. Under his watch, he has allowed the PNG Kina to slide down within a period of less than one year 2013 which in my books sits at the top of all his blunders and you all are well aware that he has made many!

The devaluation of the Kina is his direct fault because as the “CEO” of this country, he and his Treasurer and Finance Ministers have failed miserably to store funds to mitigate the impact the lowering of prices of our major export commodities gold, copper and silver.

They have further contributed enormously by taking a blind $6 Billion Loan From the Exim Bank of China of which in essence is an ‘import’ (money going out). And it does not stop there!

They have awarded more than $2 Billion worth of contracts to foreign firms. i. e. Huawei – National Broad-band K500 million, China Railroad Company K500 etc. This has caused a great imbalance of import and export earnings causing the PNG Kina to continually slide down even more.

“The Blind leading the blind”, PM Peter O’Neill is simply the dictator of the day. Nothing it seems these days as I have been told goes through the NEC. Instead, PM Peter O’Neill goes out and makes his own decisions and shoves them down the throat of hard working, dedicated Papua New Guineans such as Chief Secretary, Sir Manasupe Zurenuc.

What are some decisions that have not gone past NEC? Manus Assylum Seekers deal, Ok Tedi Mine and a whole heap more I hear!

“The roaring lion” He roars, yes Peter O'Neill does know how to roar! PM Peter O’Neill is the most media savvy PM we have ever had. He skilfully uses main-stream media to launch attacks on his opponents and lies blatantly without showing one bit of remorse. He cleverly hides his bidding by saying small terms such as “majority rules” or the “people affected” or “it is only one man crying”, “the people affected by the mine are with me.”

Let me ask you this question, What kind of Prime Minister, blatantly lies to his people and does not show any remorse when the truth is made known. People of Papua New Guinea, O’neil is as cunning as they come and be weary to not be fooled by all his rhetoric. He cleverly hides issues by simply diverting attention from current political scandals to other issues. Read the newspapers if you want to know more with special emphasis on what O’neil’s says.

Peter O’kon further thinks that you citizens of this nation are so gullible! He further thinks that if you do not listen to him, you are fit for a mental institution, you are subhuman as he calls it! And he did publish this in a paid advertisement! Yes he did and he further thinks all you Papua New Guinean’s are his toilet paper to clean himself and then DUMP! Change him before it’s too late!
