PARAKA WILL TESTIFY

On the 11th of February 2014, 2pm, Paul Paraka was suppose to appear before the Waigani National Court before Justice Catherine Davani as a Defendant in the K71.8million that was paid to his firm and other firms he nominated . These payments were illegal and the manner in which the payments were approved and executed is now the center of investigation because the Prime Minister Right Hon. Peter O’Neill, Finance Minister Hon. James Marape and Treasury Minister Hon. Don Polye are allegedly involved. Unfortunately the matter was not listed for hearing on that day (11/02/2014) because of reasons only Justice CATHERINE DAVANI knows. The Judge could have been threatened or she could have been bribed. Paraka is brought to his knees and only time will tell how much he stole from the government of PNG.

As a result of his stealing many mothers and babies die in the rural areas of PNG while he vine and dine in luxury, marrying countless number of women and having his family living overseas. And those that supported his stealing are the very people we gave them power to look after the interest of PNG. ANYWHERE I WILL NOW SHOW YOU WHERE ALL THESE THINGS ARE LEADING TO AND YOU WILL BE SURPRISED HOW MUCH HAS HAPPENED THUS FAR. There will be several reshuffles in the coming weeks.

From reliable sources Finance Minister Marape, Treasury Minister Polye and Works Minister Awasa will be relieved from their current Ministries. Fisheries Minister Moa Zeming has openly asked the O’Neill to step down during one of their meeting at Paddys two weeks ago and it was obvious that he is now the front runner for the PNC leadership. Hon. Nick Kuman has gone back to the Court with Lucas Dawa and it is likely that the Supreme Court will grant Lucas Dawa leave by the end of this week to file for proceedings.

At this stage O’Neill is tight lipped of giving Hon. Kuman a Ministry in the reshuffle. As the evidence to crucify O’Neill, Polye, Marape and Paraka intensify, more people are coming in to give evidences against these leaders. Some of the most prominent people who came in to give evidences have openly stated that this corrupt government must go. Interestingly these people are siding with certain political leaders. The question is, “what are their motives?”.

The police are not stupid and are waiting to see how long Paraka wants the case delayed. Paraka is buying time for the government (O’Neill, Marape & Polye) to give him a fair deal for screwing up his businesses by being careless. As you read there is a WARRANT of ARREST already issued by the Court for Paraka to be arrested and locked up in Bomana for breaching his bail conditions when he flew to Singapore.

Many people saw him in Singapore and on his way back. Regrettably the Customs and Air Nuigini allowed the BIGGEST THIEF to board the plane against SECTION 24 of the BAIL ACT. How soon will Paraka be arrested? He was supposed to be arrested last week but then something very interesting popped up. The silence of the Attorney General and Justice Minister Hon. Kerenga Kua. Why is he being very silent on this whole issue. Listen to this.

Don’t forgot that the chief architect of the IPIC Exchangeable Bond was Arthur Somare and Kerenga Kua when Somare was the PM and his son the Minister for Public Enterprises. This IPIC deal is one of the most COMPLEX the state has ever undertaken to CONFUSE and legally hide their (Kerenga Kua & Arthur Somare) cuts. With the new government there is a new twist. Arthur Somare has been engaged in some process to help the new regime understand how this complex financial instrument has been woven. And this is at the insistence of Kerenga Kua.

 There are several players representing different interest (Kua & A Somare Vs O’Neill & Micah) working on the IPIC issue in an attempt to refinance it. Last week we heard that State team failed. The State is now on damage control gear. The question is , “ Was it a deliberate move, orchestrated from within the government (O’Neill) in an attempt to strike a deal with the IPIC to benefit certain people?

Is Rimbink Pato travel to Abu Dhadi consistent with that deal to find an answer that O’Neill will comfortably deliver to the country? From what is discussed within the corridors of Mourata Haus there was a fall out on the IPIC Refinancing where Arthur Somare and Kerenga Kua are opposing O’Neill and his confidential private IPIC team. Both parties cannot agree because of their own interest in the IPIC deal. What has lately been revealed is that Paraka is siding with William Duma to give evidence but on the condition that O’Neill steps down and make Duma the next Prime Minister.


And never forget that Paraka is the only person that can bring down the O’Neill empire. So why is Kerenga Kua very quiet and how long will he remain quiet? If he is removed in the coming reshuffle then will he have the guts to spill?? Lately Eastern Block compromising the Eastern Highlanders and Simbu are consolidating their numbers to move as one team and support Kerenga Kua if he comes out openly and spill the beans and put his hands up to be the next Prime Minister. However that happens, Kerenga must come out early before Paraka comes out. If Paraka comes out what kind of State protection are they preparing for him. This is the most confusing political crisis PNG has gone through and only God will save this country

MARAPE & PAITA ABOUT TO SIGN AWAY PNG GOLD

They have given approval for the STATE of Papua New Guinea to sign away all gold rights to an Australian paper company in Refinery Holdings PTE LTD.
