To All Unitech Senior Executive Management and Teachers “No Pain, No Gain” Is Your Lesson For Today

Probably what disgusts us most about the whole lot of you was you lack of plans and ideas to solve the Unitech Saga.  Whether or not you secretly wanted VC Schram back, you spent to much time worrying that you would not do anything that went outside your job description.  It was your narrow minded attitude that explains why there was no progress on the Schram issue.   Either you senior executive management lack the skills or have no motivation to do what was necessary to convince the government to let Schram return.  You were content to be bureaucrats when the situation demanded leadership.  You made sure you followed orders while our activities went outside the box of what we were “supposed” to be doing.  That’s why you failed and we are succeeding.    

What you lacked in effective action, you made up by complaining.   We know that Acting VC John Pumwa, Acting ProVC Macquin Maino and Acting Bursar Bapa Bomoteng were the biggest complainers about us students.    Complained that we didn’t show enough respect or that we didn’t escort out the executive senior management politely enough.  Complained that you have to do more business in town using the PMV like us grassroots instead of having your cars to spin around in.  You complained we were giving the uni a bad name and complained that we were messing up the teaching schedule.  As with so much of your actions and words, your own friends and relatives told others about your whinging and the stories all got back to us students.

Again we cannot help but notice the whole lot of you were total failures in getting Schram back.   The whole lot of you should hang your head in shame.  When the VC comes back all of you should submit your letters of resignation to repent for your constant traitorous activities against the VC, especially that of John Pumwa.   John Pumwa you would resign if you have decency which we now know you don’t.  Your objective is to hold onto your fat paycheque.   Go back to Mechanical Engineering and Macquin Maino go play in the taro garden, that is where your talents are.  

Over the past week some of us have noticed that you look away now when you pass students.  Why can’t you look us in the eye anymore.  Is it because you are ashamed of us or more likely because you are ashamed yourself of how badly you performed at solving the Unitech Saga.  In the end, we had to take away your responsibility and we did the job you couldn’t do.

Some of you teachers and HODs, don’t think you are off the hook. Why is it you are our teachers yet we seem more skilled than you are to make progress, and achieve good changes for our country?   All your well fed meetings and pompous talk and attitude led to what progress to bring VC Schram back?   Where are the success stories of any of you in setting our uni on better footing and a new vision of getting rid of corruption and the corrupt people on our campus once and for all?  Yes you may have your programs and projects but what is achieved by them is nothing compared to the overall deterioration of uni.  One new Haus Europa does not make up for 10 or more buildings allowed to decay and fall apart.    

Teachers, sit in the classroom and we’ll be the teachers.  Your first instructions are to stop being so narrow minded old fashioned in your everyday work, and lacking progressive ideas.   Why does it seem that one of us has more energy to turn this place around than the whole lot of you!
All of you blamed us, but especially our SRC president for not negotiating with leaders within uni or with the government.    You said how stubborn we were to stick to our ideas, aims and objectives.

Again, you proved yourself to be so terribly wrong in judging.    Some of you are our teachers in business negotiation and in communication yet all of you have failed for the last 2 years to made any headway in Unitech Saga.   We would not negotiate because on human rights there is no compromise.  Our VC was treated unfairly but that didn’t upset you.  It upset us. 
It is time that the Unitech senior executive management and teachers start realising that the reason why uni is at the bottom of any rankings is because those who lead and teach us have such underdeveloped capacity themselves.  When Dr Schram comes back, most of you who did nothing for him, will join the group led by Acting VC Pumwa and say how happy you are to see him back.  What hypocrites! 

All of you will still be collecting your paycheques and probably will remain as unaccomplished as ever in solving problems of our university but at least there is hope when Dr Schram comes back.

AUGUSTINE MANO PNG'S PREMIER CORPORATE CROOK

MARAPE & PAITA ABOUT TO SIGN AWAY PNG GOLD

They have given approval for the STATE of Papua New Guinea to sign away all gold rights to an Australian paper company in Refinery Holdings PTE LTD. First, they have done the deal with a paper company even before there is a LAW that says they have the right to do the deal. We see how the real manipulation works out.
