AWAL Communications is a fraud, a fraud company allowed to operate with no due dilligence.
How can a company from Dubai
come up with a lot of questions, now we need to be mindful that this has the
hand mark of a Papua New Guinean frontman who negotiated everything from the
start.
It is becoming very clear now that
AWAL is a fraud, a fake company setup only to gain entry into PNG, we now have
people coming forward with information that shows that AWAL fraudulently obtained
trade and membership certificates from legitimate companies from the US,
Canada, Singapore and elsewhere. It is now becoming very clear that this
company was setup as a front by known conmen and impersonators to gain entry
into the lucrative PNG telecommunications and extractive industry.
Post Courier was the first PNG
paper to publicly declare this company coming into PNG would be a blessing for
the ever increasing communication market, yet they failed to do a thorough check
on this company. As many know Dubai is a country built on slave/cheap labour
from Pakistan and India as well as Philippines, it is a country where opportunist
go out there to make money, it thrives on being the country where opportunities
are endless but it is also a hub of crooks and conmen who cook up ideas, as
long as you know who you dealing with you can get away with it.
Awal fraudulently used Shane
Feritas’s Accurate Adjustments, Inc CALR Membership certificate (California Association of Licensed Repossessors) It
seems strange that a California based business is displayed as a Dubai, United
Arab Emirates, Middle East business. The certificate is displayed on this page
on their website: http://www.awalimpex.com/images/memberships-credentials/calrmemcert.pdf
Awal
does not stop there, They have fraudulently made or used certificates displayed
on their website, since removed but we made copies, and used logos from other
parties.
The
"oil and gas" and "food and hospitality" portion of the
website no longer work as they were copying other groups and were asked to
remove them.
The
contact address in Malaysia is a virtual office centre (The Nomad Offices) and
the one in London is a Regus virtual office centre. They claim Awal Oil & Gas is AIM listed,
which is false.
However,
the most damning fraud is their creation of the NASD certificate for their
claimed Allianz & Company "mergers and acquisitions"
section. Their certificate, since
removed, and the original they used to copy are attached. You can see the same reflection on the logo
and the same finger print marks on the side of the image.
As
fraud company they only way to operate is through dubious means and that means
stealing intellectual designs and logos created by known companies and
organisations and enhancing them and using them.

It is now proof that this company is a scam, a fake company created this year, the history of its Facebook page, and other critical information has been posted in a earlier post on this site. The minister for Communications was bribed, even called his Excellency on their Facebook page, how the hell did Jim earned that title.
By the way we extracted their original website with all the stolen contents, we have submitted copies to the FBI who are currently investigating this company.
What a shame for PNG to be played by crooks and conmen in suites.
