A criminal running the affairs of Jubilee Institute of Higher Education.

by JIHE STUDENT VOICE

Thaddeus Kambanei, a fraudster at the Finance department,  who is heavily implicated in the High profile finance department commission of inquiry is at it again- this time robbing a small church run institution.

Students were asked to pay 75% of the full fee of K16000  (the break up is unknown ). Students paid. Their money ran out in April 2017. The fraudster is now telling the students to pay up the remaining 25% even before the first semester is over. He has warned them of cancelling their exams of they don't pay the 25%. A sane person will take the students to 75% of the academic year which is around September.

Only an insane criminal like Thaddeus Kambanei will ask for more without delivering what is due to the students .

The Chairman of the Governing Council  Dr Eric Kwa is equally culpable of the theft going on at JIHE . How can he sit back, relax and watch a tainted character like Thaddeus Kambanei run havoc at a higher learning institution?

As we write,  academic staff were short paid last pay and many staff were terminated simply because there is no money to pay. Students have been warned and notices are on notice boards that no student is allowed to withdraw and ask for refund.  Where in the world do you find such a policy?;Withdrawal from studies is the right of a student . Simply because Thaddeus Kambanei doesn't have the money. He has squandered everything. The first semester ends 8 weeks before normal closure . Why? No money !

If your child is studying here,  make it your business to call your child up and ask what's happening there . Better still move your assess there and demand an explanation of  the misuse of your hard earned money by a big time thief ..
