WARNING ON 'PROCEEDS OF CRIMES'

Last week I posted a warning to all MPs, Banks and Financial Institutions, Corporate Entities and the PNG Public of the consequences of BRIBERY in the coming VOTE OF NO CONFIDENCE intended to be moved against the Prime Minister Hon Peter O'Neill anytime from the 7th. May 2019.
I especially warned of the extent of the powers under the law of Proceeds of Crimes Act 2005, under which we will find you out who participate in BRIBERY in inducing the manner in which MPs will vote in the VONC and the MPs who accept and receive such BRIBES to vote in the way the person bribing wants.
I warned that this method of operation in forming Government in PNG , although criminal in nature, had been AN OPEN SECRET and by our silence, acquiescence and open public discussions rather than condemnation, helped normalised this CRIMINAL BEHAVIOR.
We have seen reports on social media of large amounts of cash withdrawals by a corporate entity and a State Owned Enterprise in excess of about K60 Million combined over last week alone.
I therefore issue this FURTHER WARNING.
First and foremost to the FINANCIAL INTELLIGENCE UNIT of the Police Force. You are to diligently and prudently trace, record and report all major cash and other transactions as required under the POCA.
Second WARNING goes to the BANK OF PNG and ITS GOVERNOR. You are to report all major cash and other transactions to the FINANCIAL INTELLIGENCE UNIT in a timely manner diligently and prudently.
Third WARNING is to all Banks and Financial Institutions that you must report all major cash and other transactions to the FINANCIAL INTELLIGENCE UNIT in a timely manner diligently and prudently.
Major cash and other transactions by law involves amounts of K10,000.00 upwards. But for practical purposes and relevant to the circumstances discussed here, K50,000.00 and upwards must be recorded dutifully!
All employees of all Banks and Financial Institutions PLEASE NOTE that you will be CRIMINALLY an accessory to the commission of the CRIME OF BRIBERY if you fail to report such transactions if your EMPLOYER fails to report.
We will create a reporting site for you to report on your employers and advise you all.
Remember, we the citizens of this beautiful Nation, do not have to remain like SITTING DUCKS to be sold off by our own Government and Resource Rapist Aliens!
It is time for us Citizens to take direct preventive and punitive actions to rein in the stampede of corruption for the sake of our future generations and the PRESERVATION OF OUR VERY SOVEREIGNTY!

MARAPE & PAITA ABOUT TO SIGN AWAY PNG GOLD

They have given approval for the STATE of Papua New Guinea to sign away all gold rights to an Australian paper company in Refinery Holdings PTE LTD. AUGUSTINE MANO PNG'S PREMIER CORPORATE CROOK

PASSINGAN In a significant setback for Mineral Resources Development Corporation (MRDC), the Supreme Court of Papua New Guinea has dismissed the company's appeal to stop criminal investigations into its dealings with landowner funds held in the Pacific Balance Fund (PBF). The court ruled that MRDC's appeal was an "abuse of process" and ordered the company to pay costs of the proceedings. MRDC, a unit holder in PBF, had taken legal action against the National Court's decision to dismiss its case, arguing that the court had no jurisdiction to hear the matter. However, the Supreme Court disagreed and held that MRDC's appeal was nothing more than an attempt to interfere with the police's criminal investigative process.
