We can not just sit and watch as...Exactly correct. We can not just sit and watch as if our government is looking after us well. A country blessed with so much resources but yet poor due to mismanagement and corruption. Just immagine the living standard of our people. People barely earn K1 one kina a day to sustain their liveliwood. In early seventies up until 1988, Bougainville Copper was the only company supporting the economy. Now we have Ok Tedi, Porgera, Missima (ceased), Tolukuma, Ramu, Kainantu, Lihir, Simberi, Kutubu, Hides, PNG LNG and the fastest growing Timber and Oil Palm industries. Where has all the money gone to??. We keeping on borrowing to build infradtructures around the country but impact in the local economy in terms money flow is very little. Our Engineers and technical people are not fully participating. Lets all rise up from the slumber and see for ourselves is our country moving in the right direction.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10722556996839458137noreply@blogger.com
