Works Minister Minister and Imbonggu MP Francis Awesa says he is not aware. How can this daylight robbery go unnoticed by the Minister when it is being perpetrated right under his nose? Who authorized this theft of funds for a critical infrastructure project  that SHP is in great need of? The Works Minister cannot brush aside this and must be made to account for this theft of public monies by his political cronies.
