WHY DO WE HAVE TO SUFFER? DO WE CHOOSE TO SUFFER?
Every Papua New Guinean needs to start thinking VERY SERIOUSLY about what our country has gone through since the infamous political chaos that has rocked and shattered our very existence has a nation. This might sound some-what hilarious but at the expense of our nominated political leaders tussle for power (my goodness! the way they’ve dealt with it), the nation has become a laughing stock. I don’t have the intention to mention all the events that unfolded again and waste time but would like to touch what we as Papua New Guineans can do to make sure such political debacle does not surface again. High School social science perfectly defines the word GOVERNMENT as; YOU AND ME, US, THE PEOPLE. So, we are the GOVERNMENT. We are the government because we choose the GOVERNMENT when we vote for individuals to represent us. We say we are voting Mr X or Mr Y to parliament.
