AUSTRALIA'S MILITARY & POLICE PRESENCE IN PNG IS ILLEGAL & ILLEGITIMATE

Even Australians like Patrick O'Connor are aware and reveal publicly that ONeill & Namah are in government at the full pleasure of the Australian Government. The Australian Government granted legitimacy to an illegal, unconstitutional, and illegitimate government. Everything that ONeill & Namah are doing is with the prior knowledge and concurrence of the Australian Government. Australia want peaceful access to the LNG Project and our resources. Australia wants to come into PNG and control it in the pretext of law & Order in election process. When the Supreme Court was still deliberating on the issue of legitimacy of the ONeill -Namah government, Australia granted recognition, thus pre-empting the Supreme Court. When the Supreme Court made its decision according to law it didnt accord with Australia. In effect, the Supreme Courts decision meant that the Treaties and Bi-lateral Agreements ( including the expanded ECP Agreement) that ONeill signed and sold our nation awa

Further political turmoil in Papua New Guinea

The illegal Australian-backed government in Papua New Guinea has engaged in further desperate manoeuvres and authoritarian measures to remain in office. Last Monday, police loyal to de facto Prime Minister Peter O’Neill arrested Supreme Court Justice Nicholas Kirriwom, after earlier detaining the chief justice Salamo Injia. The government also unconstitutionally convened parliament to impose a state of emergency in the country, providing police with sweeping powers of arrest and detention. The protracted political crisis in the South Pacific country began in August 2011, when Peter O’Neill and his parliamentary supporters ousted Prime Minister Michael Somare while he was receiving medical treatment in Singapore. Last December the Supreme Court ruled that this was unconstitutional and that Somare remained prime minister. O’Neill simply ignored the ruling and secured his control over the country’s military, police, and state apparatus. A supporter of closer ties with Australian investors

ONEILL IS NOT THIRD TIME LUCKY- TALE OF ILLEGITIMACY CONTINUES!

PNG is the laughing stock of the Pacific and the Commonwealth. There is no doubt that PNG is also the laughing stock of those decent law abiding nations of the world, some of whom have Embassies in PNG. One can only imagine how their Ambassadors here would have tried to explain the actions of the Speaker and Peter ONeill on 2nd August 2011. There was nothing in Parliamentary convention that would have helped any High Commissioner or Ambassador explaining to their countries what just took place.  The Report would have looked like this: 1. Please be advised PNG has new PM in Peter O’Neill. 2. O’Neill’s position is immediately in doubt. 3. There is a Supreme Court Reference filed by ESP challenging it. 4. By Background, from last Report you will note PM Somare GC still convalescing in Singapore Hospital. Parliament has recognized and granted him official Sick Leave. 5. Curiously Australian PM offered O’Neill Congrats despite the legality of O’Neill subject of Supreme Court Deliberation. 6

Michael Somare says Peter O'Neill has made PNG a 'laughing stock'

3rd time lucky PM VETERAN Papua New Guinean leader Michael Somare has hit out at rival Peter O'Neill, saying he had made PNG "the laughing stock of the Pacific and the Commonwealth". Mr O'Neill was appointed Prime Minister yesterday - the third time in less than a year that the 47-year-old has been sworn in as leader. He won office in August in a vote of MPs during the prolonged absence of predecessor Sir Michael, who was recovering from major heart surgery at the time. But Sir Michael, now 76, later recovered and has contested Mr O'Neill's rule ever since, taking his case to the Supreme Court, which has twice ruled that Mr O'Neill's rise to power was illegal and Sir Michael should be reinstated. "You have shown no respect for tradition or protocol let alone the rule of law," Sir Michael, who maintains he is the rightful leader, said of Mr O'Neill in emailed comments. "What shame you all bring to Papua New Guinea," he said. &quo

TRUTH HAS BEEN MOMENTARILY SUSPENDED

People ask me how the politicians can do this or that. “What does the law say about this and that?” Before I answer I say, “the law doesn’t seem to matter anymore...but I’ll just try tell you what it says...” Is the law relevant anymore? We got people who make their own laws and amend and follow them as we go along. The true law, the Constitution, doesn't matter to them anymore. They're a law unto themselves. They are collectively now "The King"...they make the rules, interpret the rules, execute the rules...and they break it whenever it suits them. I can explain the law till I'm blue in the face. But if it's lost its authority to a group of whimsical men then what's the use? And if we are content to say "let it go, it's all good", then why should anyone be subjected to the law in the future? It has no authority except the authority we give it. Now isn’t it true that all we need is majority decision and we can do anything? No matter how unlaw
