PETER O'NEILL forcefully Orders all PNC endorsed Candidates to be declared winners in all SHP Seats

You may be wondering why the counting in Southern Highlands Province is so slow except for the Ialibu-Pangia Open where O'Neill manipulated and orchestrated the voting and counting and declared himself as a winner in a dictatorship style. The reason is, it is Mr.O'Neills ploy to get the seats in SHP by force and declare his PNC Candidates.

At this time, O'Neill critically needs the numbers to form the government, failure to master the numbers means, he will loose the PMs post and ends up in the opposition and thus, it is evitable that he will further spend another luxury life in  Bomana.  For this reason, O’Neill is using delay tactic in a pursuit to make all SHP seats for PNC  candidates and get the number needed to form the government. 
According to insiders (names withheld)  in ,Mendi, Southern Highlands Province,   large sum of money from the ruling party (PNC)  is being brought into the province, possibly to bribe counting officials.  Let us see why Peter O’Neill is likely to use money and  force to take the SHP SEATS for PNC.

1. Nipa-Kutubu Open -  Independent Candidate  Philimon Embel is leading with good margin of 16 134 votes over the PNC Candidate Komal who is trailing with  14, 618 votes as eliminations are nearing completion. Mostly likely sitting MP and PNC candidate  Komal will loose his seat but thnks to Peter O’Neill  Peter O’Neill, he will be rescued by dirty money from PNC.
2. Kagua-Erave- The people of Kagua Erave wants change in leadership. That’s why the contest for this race is a close one.  Sitting MP and PNC man, James Lagea is leading with 7580, Independent candidate Joel Raitano is closing up with 7000 votes while PP man, Maina Pano is on 6690 votes. According to voting trend across the country,  sitting members leading with few votes are eliminated during the second count and loosing their seats. Most likely PNG James Lakea will loose his seat to either second, third or further placed candidates. However, Peter O’Neill’s money comes into play again and Lagea will retain his seat by crook means. 
3. Imbogu Open: It is a neck to neck race between Works Minister  and PNC man, Francis Awesome and Independent candidate Pila Ninigi.  Awesa is leading with 14,930 votes while Ninigi is on second with 14170 votes.  Second placed Pila Ninigi will win this seat in the elimination round. However, Peter O’Neill will put a smile on  Awesomes’ face  by  bailing him out from the downfall with his dirty money. 
4. Mendi Open.- Independent candidate, Michael Nali is leading the race with commanding margin of over 16 000 votes while sitting member and PNC candidate De Kewano  is trailing with 12 000 votes. DeKewano will loose his seat but Peter O’Neill will rescue him with his dirty money.

So, Papua New Guinea, elections in Ialibu-Pangia was  rigged, manipulated and dictated by so called desperado  Peter O’Neill. He is applying same tactic to claim SHP for  PNC. We are very sorry for those candidates who wasted their time, resources and money to contest the Elections in SHP. The voting, counting and declarations are favouring  O’neill and his group of bandits. God help SHP! God help PNG.
