CONMAN CONTINUES TO BLINDSIDE PM

Image
by  JACK KEGALP Samson seems to be playing both sides of politics to further his own personal and political ambitions.  On the one hand, he is pushing the Marape/Basil Government to support his "crowdfunding" movement where he has been literally "begging" and even to some extent "forcing" various individuals and businesses houses to make pledges and contribute money upwards of K10,000 each towards this cause. On the other hand, he has been seen dining and getting drunk with former Prime Minister Peter O'Neill at various locations in Port Moresby. The most recent one was over the weekend at O'Neill's Crowne Plaza Hotel in downtown Port Moresby. Samson himself has his own political ambitions for the Western Highlands Regional Seat which he contested and lost to Paias Wingti in the 2017 elections, and which he is no doubt contesting again in 2022. This then begs the question of whether he is genuinely trying to do something good for Papua New Guin

REVEALING ANOTHER SERIAL LIAR & FRAUDSTER, MAHESH PATEL.

UNDECLARED DIVIDENDS OF K20 MILLION PAID TO KUMUL CONSOLIDATED HOLDINGS LTD AND SALE OF TELIKOM ASSETS; LANDS AND BUILDINGS The current interim Chairman of TPNG Mr Mahesh Patel’s National News Paper publication dated 6th February 2017 page 25, saying that Telikom PNG paid a K20m dividend to Kumul Consolidated Holdings Ltd is yet another lie from Mahesh Patel to justify his existence in Telikom PNG. According to Telikom PNG Monthly Management Accounts as at June 2016, Telikom PNG actually made a loss of K3.7m earnings before tax. Therefore, this K20m is an undeclared dividend payment. This ‘money was drawn from either; the cash savings from Telikom staff prematurely retrenched through the illegal Spill and Fill exercise carried out in 2015 or from unused capital works/project funds. The withdrawal of funds was most probably charged to the Government Capital Grants Accounts or the Owner’s Equity Account. If it was a dividend declared profit, then Chairman should have properly de

EXCLUSIVE TO PNGBLOGS: O'NEILL PAYS K2.3 MILLION TO JOHN MANGOS TO SELL TELIKOM TO DIGICEL AND REMINGTON

by MICHAEL PASSINGAN PNG BLOGS has learnt that Prime Minister PETER O'NEILL has directed Kumul Consolidated Holding  (KCH) Chairman and O'Neill rubber stamp PAUL NERAU to engage the services former Digicel PNG CEO, JOHN MANGOS as a super consultant to the Public company in a bid to sell off TELIKOM and its subsidiaries to DIGICEL and you guessed it REMINGTON Group of Companies. PNGBLOGS broke a story today about the recent engagement of Mangos in a plot to sell off three of PNG's State owned Telcos Telikom PNG, B-Mobile and DataCo. T elikom has a good track record of being independent unlike Air Niugini or PNG Power, they have diversified their business into the areas of television (EMTV) and retail (DATEC). JOHN MANGOS is Peter O'Neill's puppet and a Digicel plant to take over the Communications Industry in PNG through the sale of TELIKOM PNG and its subsidiaries. He has been around Papua New Guinea after he was promised the role to sell off Telikom and ma

EXCLUSIVE: MANUMANU LAND FRAUD IS ONE OF MANY INVOLVING O'NEILL, DUMA, POK AND ELUDEME

Image
by MICHAEL J. PASSINGAN The Duma-Pok-Eludeme fraud over land at Manumanu is only one of a number of corrupt O’Neill Regime activities that are undermining national security and the national interest. They also include frauds against the Defence Department by Defence Minister Pok and his brother-in-law, Defence Secretary John Asi, and the Prime Minister’s facilitation of the granting of illegal citizenship to Indonesian fugitive Djoko Tjandra (Joe Chan). First, the Manumanu fraud. A very senior PNGDF Maritime Officer has revealed that the Manumanu land fraud is a risk to national security. In a Facebook post Karry Frank, a ranking officer, says the Navy project team for the relocation of Lancron advised the Defence Force Commander, the Defence Minister and the Defence Secretary not to relocate to Manumanu. “The project team recommended moving to Motukea, a move that was previously agreed to by all parties concerned,” he wrote. “Manumanu is absolutely NOT suitable for a Na

DUMA FRAUD IS WIDE BUT MEDIA KEEPS PUBLISHING PROPAGANDA, SPIN, DECEPTION AND LIES

by MICHAEL J. PASSINGAN Once again the spineless, corrupt, incompetent daily newspapers have failed in their duty as journalists to keep the nation informed. Rather than investigate the Duma scandal, they have published government propaganda, spin, deception and outright lies. Evidence in the public domain and on social media - including this site, PNG Exposed and Niugini Outlook - demonstrates conclusively that State Enterprises Minister William Duma, Defence Minister Fabian Pok and Central Supply and Tenders Board chairman Phillip Eludeme have fraudulently obtained about K50 million from the Defence Force Relocation Program. The evidence was not hard to get. 15 minutes on the IPA site and a couple of Google searches was enough to obtain the details of their fraud. A teaboy could have done the work. There is much more to be uncovered about this scandal, but the people of PNG cannot depend upon the dailies to do the work they are supposed to do. Evidence published by PNG B

EXCLUSIVE PROOF: O'LIAR LIED THROUGH HIS TEETH IN PARLIAMENT YESTERDAY, HE KNEW ABOUT THE POK, DUMA, NERAU- KCH DEAL.

by MICHAEL J. PASSINGAN Prime Minister Peter O’Neill lied to Parliament yesterday when he said he needed a brief on the K50-million fraud by his Minister for State Enterprises, William Duma. Mr O’Neill received a comprehensive brief from the chairman of Kumul Consolidated Holdings, Paul Nerau, two weeks ago, which comprehensively exposed the fraud. A whistleblower within the Department of Prime Minister and NEC has provided PNG Blogs with a copy of Nerau’s report. Instead of immediately reporting the fraud after receiving the report, O’Neill went into cover-up mode, with the assistance of Nerau, to protect themselves and their cronies Duma, Defence Minister Fabian Pok and Central Supply and Tenders Board chairman Phillip Eludeme. The PM and NEC source says Prime Minister refused to refer the matter to the appropriate authorities, including the police and the Ombudsman Commission, instead he tried to sweep the evidence under the carpet. For example he wrote to Kina Bank a
