O’NEILL AND BAKI’S SECRET CONSPIRACY LEAKED

Image
by MICHAEL JOSEPH PASSINGAN The recent and continuing actions by Police Commissioner Gari Baki have got deeper intentions than what appears to the public. Gari Baki is part of, and executing a conspiracy to completely set Peter O’Neill free from all corruption charges relating to the Paul Paraka Lawyers payments, LR Group-PNG Power Generators Deal, K3 Billion UBS Oil Search Deal etc and many other complaints of frauds that is currently investigated by the National Fraud And Anti-Corruption Directorate. If you have been watching closely, Peter O’Neill is running out of defences. He knows that you don’t have to benefit financially from the fraud to be guilty of the crime (Paul Tiensten being the example). He latest lowest point was when he said words “mi paulim meri blong ol na ol laik karabusim mi oh”, a reflection of a primitive mentality of Wiru Pangia. Peter O’Neill’s popularity is evaporating very fast. Prominent citizens including the two former Prime Ministers, Sir Mekere

PNG CREDIT RATINGS TANK WITH O'NEILL'S TUCKER BOX TYPE ECONOMIC POLICY

Image
by FRANK KALUWIN PNG credit rating has been downgraded from B+ during the tenure of the National Alliance Party, To B- recently now B1 to B2, Even the Bank Of New York had withdrawn their Guarantee for Papua New Guinea. The World Bank is not stupid, they will not lend money to PNG because they know, as soon as the money lands on the PNG shores, Peter O'Neill open his back doors to benefit himself more than the country. However, the World Bank group will want to fund interventions directly instead just hand it over, that is if they do. If the World Bank  Group agree to loan the money; there will be no DSIP/PSIP for the MPs, we will then see the real colors as why all Members of Parliament  can't leave Peter O'Neill. Moody's Investors Service has today (25th April 2016) downgraded the Government of Papua New Guinea's (PNG) foreign currency and local currency issuer ratings to B2 from B1. The outlook on these ratings is stable. This concludes the review for

O'NEILL'S GOONS NOW THREATENING MEDIA PERSONNEL

RPNGC INSIDER Some new information from three journos on Jacob Ivaroa, the personal pig-dog of Jimmy Maladina and Peter O’Neill. Two have confirmed that Ivaroa, now deputy director of the Fraud Squad, was responsible for the threat to a senior journalist last week, as revealed by a senior EMTV journo. Now a third journo has come forward to PNGBlogs to say that they were also a victim of a threat from Ivaroa last week. Ivaroa is one of the puppet policemen appointed by Commissioner Gary Baki to stop the investigations being carried out by the Fraud Squad and destroy evidence that incriminates the Prime Minister and his cronies. The journo also revealed to PNGBlogs that Manning was one of the police puppets used by O’Neill to try to arrest Chief Justice Salamo Injia, and was probably part of Baki’s plot to get rid of Port Moresby Met Supt Andy Bawa. Baki is also personally corrupt, when he stole funds to be used for LNG operations, and deceived the Somare NEC about its LNG

O'NEILL GOVERNMENT PASSED THE 2016 BUDGET WITH MADE UP OR FALSE FIGURES, INACCURATE AND MANIPULATED DATA AND STATISTICS

Image
by GOVERNMENT INSIDER In a meeting with some World Bank people and some former Ausaid Consultants to PNG, this is what they had to say about PNG parliamentarians and the current government's management of the economy. They say, 99% of our parliamentarians are economically and financial illiterate. For example; They do not have any idea about the UBS Loan or the LR Generator deal, or even the importance of the 2016 budget document, as such no one is capable of debating the nitty gritty ties of such enormous financial transactions and legislations provocatively.  They even don't care about the economic implications befalling from such decisions. Therefore PNG Parlaiment under the current regime lacks good governance. What a shame? The other thing, they said there is no prudential Management of the PNG economy by the Peter O'Neill government, they said the current government manipulated fundamental data and statistics on the real GDP, a sign shown by the 2015 budget outcom

SO WHAT WILL HAPPEN IF PNG HAS A FINANCIAL CRISES

The financial crisis that has crippled the Greek economy serves as a cautionary tale against irresponsible spending. First, it may be helpful to students to explain that government finances are not much more difficult to calculate than the numbers in one’s personal bank account. A country earns X and spends Y; Y should not exceed X. Just as responsible borrowing and credit are an important part of personal money-management skills, countries should borrow only what they need to get by, under strict rules of payback. Greece not only eschewed the rules of responsible spending, the country also completely ignored the rules of responsible borrowing. The result was catastrophic debt that the country is unable to repay, potentially leading to financial crises in the countries that loaned money to Greece. The Greek financial trouble started decades ago when government after government increased the size of the country’s payroll. A “you scratch my back…” system rewarded suppor

SOMARE CALLS FOR O'NEILL TO SUBMIT TO LAW

Image
PRESS STATEMENT The Governor of East Sepik and founding Prime Minister, Sir Michael Somare called on all members of parliament to represent the interest of their electorates and the true intent of the Constitution to protest against the current and continued manipulation and deterioration of institutions of state. Sir Michael said, “People of Papua New Guinea must not tolerate elected leaders who are condoning the actions of the O’Neill regime by remaining silent. Silence means acceptance of the glaring abuses of processes that are taking place around us. “Before long our institutions will be completely useless becauseelected leaders have neglected their duties to stand up against the current manipulations by leaders holding high offices. “I support whole heartedly the call by another former Prime Minister, Sir Mekere Morauta’s public statement of 17 April 2016, for Mr O’Neill to stop disrespecting the country’s highest office. “Throwing the word ‘integrity’ around to conceal abuses

Jacob Ivaroa New Deputy Director for Anti-Corruption is a O'Neill stooge

Image
by RPNGC INSIDER Jacob Ivaroa, appointed by Police Commissioner Gary Baki as the acting deputy director of the National Fraud Squad and Anti-Corruption Directorate, has a long history of corruption and violence. Most of his service in the RPNGC is as a paid rogue cop for Peter O’Neill and Jimmy Maladina. Ivaroa is one of O’Neill’s leading thugs, a standover man not afraid to use guns and fists for Masta Peter and Masta Jimmy. He is best remembered for his body-snatching of former NPF CEO Rod Mitchell, at gunpoint. Mitchell was investigating the corruption at NPF by Jimmy Maladina and Peter O’Neill, who robbed the people’s superannuation fund of millions of kina. O’Neill and maladina called Ivaroa in and ordered him to get Mitchell at any cost and lay charges against him Although Ivaroa succeeded in capturing Mitchell, his fake charges were thrown out off court and Mitchell was set free. Ivaroa and Assistant Commissioner David Manning (corrupt son of late corruption fighter Mike Ma

Papua New Guinea's dollar crisis leads to loan plea

Image
AUSTRALIAN FINANCIAL REVIEW Papua New Guinea is seeking a World Bank loan of hundreds of millions of dollars to tackle a foreign exchange crisis linked to a slump in oil prices, a severe drought and a ballooning budget deficit. The move to borrow $US300 million ($390 million) follows the country's failure to raise $US1 billion on bond markets late last year and a slowdown in the South Pacific nation's economy, which until recently was the best-performing in the region, thanks to the construction and start-up of a $US19 billion gas plant operated by ExxonMobil. Papua New Guinea, one of the world's most culturally diverse but least explored countries, said last week that government revenues in 2015 had come in 21 per cent below expectations, mainly because of lower commodity prices. The country's difficulties mirror those of other petrodollar economies, which have been hit by weak oil prices and widening budget gaps. " The International Finance Corpo

“NOT ALL OF US ARE AS BLIND AS BAKI”

by JOHN STEWARD In a remarkable turn of events, and right under the watchful eyes of all thinking Papua New Guineans, the Police Commissioner eliminates almost all potential risks at the National Fraud and Anti-Corruption Directorate, by suspending the Director Matthew Damaru, his Deputy Timothy Gitua, another senior office Joel Simitab and other officers who may have been seen solidly supporting their bosses to pursue the arrest of Prime Minister O’Neill in relation to Paul Paraka Lawyers fraudulent payments. Commissioner Baki, in a lengthy media statement attempts to justify his “weekend” actions but not many will be convinced in light of the chain of events leading up to Baki’s decisions. I have gone through the various events leading up to the actions of Baki and here is what I have compiled. (All these events are publicly reported in various media forums if you have been following), On the 5th of April 2016, the Supreme Court unanimously dismissed James Marape’s appeal to the S
