PNG Academic working for Foreign Interests

The SABL issue could have been prevented by Dr Lawrence Kalinoe and his Land Reform Laws. Instead he acted in the most misguided academic way that has allowed foreigners directly to access our rural people and the unconstitutional facilitation of ILGs that have been sanctioned by Dr Kalinoe as a law reformer. That is why I have my real doubts about these academics with sheep degrees that lack any real understanding of the real world and how people live in villages and organize themselves.
They mislead those who ride on and rely on their so called doctoral intellectualism which is all garbage in the real world. ILGs don't own land and for Doctor Kalinoe to hold themout to be so is unlawful and unconstitutional. All those who enter into agreements with ILGs and deal with them do so at their own peril. Well, Dr Kalinoe was only doing this to serve outside powers who pull his strings. In consequence we have lost 5 million hectares, and we will lose more in an expensive inquiry. Thankyou Lawrence Kalinoe.
This was not the first time he has served outside interests. On Monday 21st February 2011 the National front page reported 'USA: PNG a weak nation'., describing successive reports by the US ranking PNG a weak nation for illegal trafficking. These reports magically catapulted Kalinoe as the world expert on illegal traffiking. as if choreographed by hidden hands Dr Kalinoe breaks into mass hysteria about lack of legislation on this major problem of trafficking.

The next day Tuesday 22nd February on the same paper Dr Kalinoe lets the cat out of the bag that the US had drafted a law that they wanted our Cabinet and Parliament to legitimize by passing it here for us to follow like sheep, again typical of those with sheep degrees. Dr Kalinoe reportedly signed a MOU with an American NGO group called IOM to have this law passed. The truth is Dr Kalinoe has agreed to allow the US government to make laws for the PNG parliament to rubber stamp.

Yet Dr Kalinoe gave no evidence of facts and figures on this so called problem. As someone who has collected many pieces of paper at the cost of the state, he should or ought to know that a country's decision makers and lawmakers operate best when served with draft policy and legislation based on empirical statistics, baseline data and logically assessed need-not hysteria on the run. Dr Kalinoe admitted that the US report was based on a collection of media Reports and anecdotes, not hard survey or research data. it sounds like thesis is a trait and intellectual hallmark of Dr Kainoe. Take for instance recently this same doctor with sheep degree tried to get NEC to legitimise same sex marriage, legalize prostitution and homosexuality in PNG. Fortunately NEC and SIR Michael Somare laughed at him and his /and Carol Kidu's legislation.

So where was Dr Kalinoe's empirical evidence for such a law. He had none. He was only being a good brown skin puppet for the white fellows. This country and our people have had enough of Secretaries of Deptartment of NGO groups, World bank, Aid donors, Ausaid, dreaming up laws for our people. It is time people like Dr Kalinoe get off their fat backsides and do some original work for our people and rightfully earn their fat salaries. Dr Kalinoe is a disgrace.

Dr Kalinoe should have had the guts to stand up and ask the US government reps where have they been all these years and suddenly they show up in this part of the world? Why did they abandon the Pacific straight after WWII? Why did they deny us Fulbright scholarships, take away Walter Humphrey's Fellowships, and the Peace corps? Why didn't he call upon them to explain themselves? the US has yet to earn the right to deal with us at Political or Bureaucratic levels. To go directly to our bureaucrats is offensive.

If the US and its coalition of the willing seek to bomb,kill maim rape plunder and pillage other people of other lands in the name of God and democracy , then they must face the logical consequences of same. Why conscript us innocent Pacific people into this outrage? PNG has not gone to war with anyone? so why should Dr Kalinoe conscript this nation into other peoples wars?

Only NEC or Parliament has law making powers. Dr Kalinoe has no right to preempt NEC or Parliament. He is not an elected person. If he wants to be a puppet for the Americans or Ausaid, he can go away and leave this country to real Papua New Guineans to run. If he as Secretary for Justice has no homegrown ability to design policy and draft legislation on the basis of original research and baseline studies using facts and credible data, he should consider resigning. He is a waste of space and resources.

We do not have a NEC or Parliament of fools as he or his co-conspirators may think.
That's SABL, Legalizing Same sex Marriages, Prostitution, Trafficking laws, what will Kalinoe and co think of next. I will keep you informed, because  I am several floors down from him.

AUGUSTINE MANO PNG'S PREMIER CORPORATE CROOK
