MRDC MD's dubious dealings need to be investigated urgently

Mr Mano needs sacking immediately by the new government. Not only because he is one of the remnants of corrupt officers in previous Somare Government but also a close associate of Junior Somare and his cronies. These are additional allegations that deserve immediate suspection & investigation
Mr Mano is the sole signatory to many of the alleged transactions by MRDC without approval of Board

Mr Mano had a close associate in the Finance Department who was also appointed proxy member to MRDC board representing Prime Minister/PM’s Department for some time. They collaborated in many of the landowners investments making dupious deals without proper board approval. The MRDC management and subsidery landowner companies were used as rubber stamps in many of these dealings.

Mr Mano who is half Samberigi and half Mendi has been implicated in the transport of huge arms into Samberigi many years ago.

Mr Mano paying himself through his private companies in housing rentals, car hire, air travel and ticketting services paid for by MRDC using his discretions as Managing Director

Mr Mano is said to own properties overseas especially in Cairns and Fiji. How did he purchase these? Is there any evidence of money transferred out of PNG to buy these properties? Or did the money come somewhere in the form of ‘kick backs’ /commissions for some of deals done with expatriate companies mentioned on this forum. it would not be hard to trace these transactions at this day and age.

Mr Mano worked closely with many top management and members in the previous government and I was even told Somare family used Mr Mano’s private company (CiVPAC) to benefit financially.

Mr Mano is a CASH COW. He has been heard saying he likes to retired young. He uses money to lure and influence top officers in private and public sector. It would not surprise me if he is working around the clock now to get current members, including PM on his side to hide his dupious activities and continue to rot MRDC and its landowner subsidery companies.

Mr. Mano’s Sister (Joyce Mano)who owns a number of companies including a Finance Company (Handy Finance) operating in PNG and Fiji is said to have corruptly benefited from MRDC transactions through her brother. Andy finance shareholders include SHP Governor Anderson Agiru. Anderson Agiru is also director to subsidery companies (PRG) of MRDC. Google search shows Handy Finance also involved in court proceedings in Fiji due to corrupt financial transactions.

There is even suggestion that the current MOA money that was approved for diversion from DPE to MRDC was on proposal and advise put by Mr Mano so he can entertain his cronies including parliamentarians before the 2012 election. I was told that the MRDC’s criteria for the release of MOA money would make it difficult for landowners to access fund but make it easier for Mr Mano to do his usual stuff to keep himself in power.

PNGans, these are very, very serious allegations. Everyday we hear so many ordinary people jailed and punished for petty cries as ‘pick pocketing’. Its about time this guy be suspended and immediately investigated.

A Fraudster and unqualified person has been shortlisted for NEC submission for the position of CEPA Managing Director. The candidate in question is Jude Tukulyia. His academic credentials are subject to scrutiny. Further investigation is required to verify the authenticity and legitimacy of his qualifications, particularly the reported diploma in accounting, Bachelor of Laws, MBA from Divine Word and UPNG respectively. It is very suspicious and unprofessional  when the Minister for Environment Conservation and Climate Change, Hon Simo Kilepa, wrote to UPNG Vice Chancellor asking to confirm Jude’s questioned education qualifications. This very due diligence work is the core responsibility of the Public Service Commission and Department of Personnel Management. What authority does the portfolio minister have to write to the Universities? Dumbfounding indeed if one asks. Ulterior motives written all over the letter. MARAPE & PAITA ABOUT TO SIGN AWAY PNG GOLD
