News just coming in and developing is that all 27 Judges will walk out of the Opening Ceremony of the Legal year to be held tomorrow, it is a protest to the treatment of Chief Justice Salamo Injia by the faction of Parliament elected PM O'Neill, this is not confirmed but it is highly likely to have an adverse effect on the business of running the Judiciary if all hell breaks loose and there is a stalemate between the judiciary and parliament.

    Maladina and O'Neill are power hungry. They will never win enough number to form government after election. Don Polye is the greatest loser in this political impasse with half of NA members. No lawyer should represent O'Neill regime. Law they are practicing lawyers would not know. Judges should summon O'Neill and Maladina to argue their law today. Dead conscience is what we are seeing in O'Neill and Maladina. Supporters of these recalcitrants will cease support.

    Nahau Rooney was jailed for writing letters against Chief Justice. O'Neill and Maladina have gone beyond. What would their penalty be? Bart and Mekere ate forbidden fruit from forbidden tree in Garden of Eden and surrendered PNG to Satanic forces. See and believe and act to save PNG. PNG is God's country. Satan has no place so leaders must remove Satan.

    O'Neill and Maladina are scared of NPF deal being exposed. They are money mad leaders. Leaders must wake up and throw them out. Madly drunk with power they are endangering PNG.

AUGUSTINE MANO PNG'S PREMIER CORPORATE CROOK

PASSINGAN In a significant setback for Mineral Resources Development Corporation (MRDC), the Supreme Court of Papua New Guinea has dismissed the company's appeal to stop criminal investigations into its dealings with landowner funds held in the Pacific Balance Fund (PBF). The court ruled that MRDC's appeal was an "abuse of process" and ordered the company to pay costs of the proceedings. MRDC, a unit holder in PBF, had taken legal action against the National Court's decision to dismiss its case, arguing that the court had no jurisdiction to hear the matter. However, the Supreme Court disagreed and held that MRDC's appeal was nothing more than an attempt to interfere with the police's criminal investigative process. The court found that MRDC had no authority to conducted its own investigation into the activities of the Melanesian Trustee Services Limited (MTSL), the fund manager of PBF, and that its actions were in violation of the Trust Deed

They have given approval for the STATE of Papua New Guinea to sign away all gold rights to an Australian paper company in Refinery Holdings PTE LTD.
