Breaking News - Supreme Court recognise Somare as PM

Supreme Court has recognised GC Somare as the legit PM. Peter O'Neill and his government has chosen to ignore the court decision and are recalling Parliament to a special sitting at 10am tomorrow!
The supreme court left it too late. Timing is just not right. The Supreme Court ruling is not being helpful in terms of time. 
Nevertheless Parliament has been disolved and everyone is in election mode so let the people elect a new Government but we wait in haste to hear what will be done tomorrow when Parliament meets.

UPDATE FROM FIRMIN NANOL (Radio Australia) 
Somare government restored again tonight and O'Neill-Namah faction refusing to recognise the Supreme Court court ruling. Have recalled parliament for special session at 10 am tomorrow. Assured the nation elections will go ahead. Police told to investigate the Chief Justice Sir Salamo Injia and Justice Nicholas Kiriwom. 
In a twist of events, two senior members of the bench said the integrity of the entire judiciary is tainted with perceptions of corruption and biased so they decided not to do anything with the decision. One Justice Bernard Sakora, disqualified himself and the other, Deputy Chief Justice Gibbas Salikoa abstained himself from making or taking part in the ruling. So the PM, Peter O'Neill says the judiciary is corrupt and worst form of judicial corruption.
His Deputy Belden Namah also told media, what the government has been saying all along is that the judiciary was biased and that the CJ Sir Salamo Injia was accused of mismanaging the judiciary is true. The CJ has threatened to charge government lawyer Tiffany Nongorr for contempt on court. We will see and hear what transpires in parliament tomorrow. The public service says they will recognise the O'Neill Namah government and are geared to run the elections to elect a new PM and Government.

The court ruled that MRDC's appeal was an "abuse of process" and ordered the company to pay costs of the proceedings. MARAPE & PAITA ABOUT TO SIGN AWAY PNG GOLD

They have given approval for the STATE of Papua New Guinea to sign away all gold rights to an Australian paper company in Refinery Holdings PTE LTD.
