Demands presented today and recieved by Police Minister Robert Atyafa


Peter O'Neil has being given a 24 hours ultimatum in the petition presented by Noel Anjo on behalf of almost 8 millon people of PNG at Unagi oval about 30 minutes ago.

 The "verbal" petition presented to the Police Minister, Mr. Robert Atiyafa, about 30 minutes ago are two fold:

 1. That Peter O'Neil, James Marabe and Don Poyle present themselves within 24 hours period, before 4:00pm tomorrow, to police at Fraud & Anti-Corruption Squad Office at Konedobu to be interrogated as per police request.

 2. That those public servants fighting against corruption and serving in the public service who were terminated or suspended, namely; Sam Koim (Chairman - Task Force Sweep), Simon Kauba (Deputy Commissioner - Operation), Thomas Eluh (Director - Crimes) and Samson Kua (Director - SSD) be re-instated with 24 hours before 4:00pm tomorrow.

 If the demands in the petition are not met with the 24 hours time period, a Nationwide strike will commence on Thursday, 26th of June, 2014. All representative groups throughout PNG, inclusive of church groups are strategizing now for Thursday in the event that the PNG demands on the petition are not met.

The court ruled that MRDC's appeal was an "abuse of process" and ordered the company to pay costs of the proceedings. MRDC, a unit holder in PBF, had taken legal action against the National Court's decision to dismiss its case, arguing that the court had no jurisdiction to hear the matter. MARAPE & PAITA ABOUT TO SIGN AWAY PNG GOLD

They have given approval for the STATE of Papua New Guinea to sign away all gold rights to an Australian paper company in Refinery Holdings PTE LTD.
