Tricked Again! Peter O’Neill Now Has a Print Media Propaganda Mouthpiece Aimed Straight At You!

BY TIM PAKI

A couple weeks ago, newspaper junkies were pleased to find a colourful insert in The National which they were able to relax and read during the weekend. Throughout the social media, not one word of mention was made about this slick and glossy 16 pager. Not one person commented on the leading article title “Millions to own homes” under which was a photo picturing the smiling Peter O’Neill.

Page after page was filled with stories of grand new plans and infrastructure under construction. The publication seemed to be describing a place on earth where everyone was happy, customary lands were being saved, youth were being saved, women were being saved, sick people were being saved, banks were leaping forward to lend people money at extremely low interest rates, police were getting modern new barracks homes, ahhh ahhhh ahhhhhh ahhhhhhh ooo ooooo oooooooooooooooo, it almost brought readers to a memorable sexual climax to read of so many miraculous accomplishments all at once.

Oooohhh and the drawings of so many new things that were going to be built, truly a portrait out of paradise. We all know that once a building is planned and a drawing of what it’s supposed to look like is submitted, that means for sure, for sure, for sure, we’re gonna see that building right in front of our living eyes soon enough!
Always remember these names: Isaac Lupari, Susuve Laumaea, Theresia Kumo, Matrom John, Aiva Tamate-Ore, Imelda Yabara, Terry Mark,Royden Geno, Lopi joseph, Pius Eano, Lawrence Mamadeni, Jacinta Madao, Sakias Kuyama, Andrew Bali, and Daniel Korimbao. Someday all of them will be thanked, possibly by the Prime Minister himself. Because these are amongst the people whose work right now in the Prime Minister’s Media Unit has, in one way or the other, created this O’Neill Propaganda Mouthpiece. Five issues had already been published, but this was the one that really hit the big time, being blanketed throughout Port Moresby, and elsewhere in PNG via newspaper inserts. A big circulation means a lot of people being reached with the Good News of Peter O’Neill.

Join the Prime Minister in giving your own thanks to the just mentioned people because they are playing a critical role in the government getting control of the news media or dominating it through strong pro-government propaganda messages. This is one of the first, essential baby steps in any national leader being able to successfully turn themselves into a dictator. There is no doubt about it. Peter O’Neill is a dictator in waiting, whose long journey began first with deposing Michael Somare, followed by buying the 2012 election through massive electoral roll fraud accompanied by the supplementary budget scam to fund PNC/THE contestors, followed by the DSIP money addiction to keep bribing his MPs not to desert the government in the coming years, followed by the K6 billion Exxim Chinese loan infrastructure scam to impress people while providing attractive kickbacks to cronies, followed by the Ok Tedi nationalisation scam, followed by destroying the opposition in Parliament down to a few members, followed by snatching non-PNC members in government away from their original parties so that PNC now has more than 60 members, and now proceeding with the takeover of EMTV and NAUFM 100, culminating in the new propaganda mouthpiece PNG TODAY. Oh yes, let’s also not forget the dictator enhancing Chinese Mao suits that so many of Peter’s top lieutenants have taken to wearing, that also helps ease the way for idol worship.

Isaac Lupari is the brainchild behind the PNG TODAY propaganda masterpiece and serves as Publisher. WHAT? you say. You thought he was the Prime Minister’s Chief of Staff. Of course he is, but who looks down on double dipping in PNG these days?

Isaac Lupari’s greatest achievement was when he stole K3.7 million from the people of PNG through false claims for breach of contract. The claims were drafted and submitted by Guguna Garo, of Paul Paraka lawyers, and were illegally settled by the then Solicitor General, Zachary Gelu who obviously got a handsome kickback. In addition to the K3.7 million, a further K800,000 was paid to Paul Paraka lawyers from public funds for their role in facilitating the fraud. It’s all reported in the Finance Commission of Inquiry report. He’s done a lot of other shady dealings as well, read all about it in this PNG Exposed article but don’t expect Isaac Lupari to ever go to prison. He is too well protected.

Only in PNG do such obvious criminals get to proudly display their name in publications going throughout the country. Only in PNG do crooks not only not bother to hide their crimes, but are even appointed Chief of Staff to the Prime Minister. But then again, only in PNG does such an obvious career criminal as Peter O’Neill get to be Prime Minister.

All possible because the people of PNG continue to allow it!

While the PNG middle class is notorious for grumbling but never taking action about the corruption excesses of government, the O’Neill government has become worried about them nonetheless in recent months. As goes the middle class, so goes the country, because the middle class controls Moresby and Moresby is the seat of government. The clear and rising disgruntlement of PNG’s middle class over continued high taxes, combined with what is clearly becoming a mega example of financial mismanagement on a grand scale at a national level is becoming harder to hide with each passing week. The result is almost certainly going to be skyrocketing prices that will hit hardest those in PNG’s towns and cities. Peter O’Neill knows that the middle class talks and thanks to Digicel, can talk to their wantoks even in remote areas of PNG. That would not spell well for Peter O’Neill’s personal grand plan to create a one party state in PNG which himself installed as Grand Dictator. The middle class, against all odds, might finally rebel.

Whose money is paying for PNG TODAY? Why it’s our money, of course! Who is currently paying for adverts in PNG TODAY? Why it’s PNG Ports Corporation, one of our government’s very own SOEs! Lupari’s game plan is to get private advertisers to start shouldering the high costs of publishing and distributing PNG TODAY throughout PNG but until that eventuates, the costs are COMING OUT OF OUR POCKET! Knowing that, let’s hope you got your money’s worth reading all the feel good stories in the most recent issue. Maybe you even had another orgasm, thinking about Peter O’Neill or all the good things that PNC does for PNC (BTW PNC will become the new abbreviation for our country. It’s only one letter that changes so don’t worry about it).

Other reporters on the internet have commented in recent days about the government’s plan to take over television and radio media so that it can start controlling the messages that Papua New Guineans hear. Very true. That’s part of the game plan. EMTV will beam happy news stories about the latest PNC gifts to the nation, while NAU FM will feature talk back speakers praising the Holy Word of Peter O’Neill. However, PNG’s two daily newspapers aren’t for sale and tend to be a bit more rebellious (but not much) so it was necessary to do something innovative. PNG TODAY was Grand Propagandist Isaac Lupari’s brilliant idea to use existing newspapers as the vehicle to get the government propaganda newspaper distributed economically throughout the country. Better yet, because the government put together the whole publication, it didn’t have to contend with rebellious journalists and incompetent writers.

Dictatorship is just around the corner but look at the bright side. Under the Peter O’Neill dictatorship, it’s a bright new day in the country we’ll start calling PNC. We’ll all be able to read imaginary stories and hear sweet words on the television and radio about how good life is getting, and enjoy multiple orgasms thinking about all of it. All brought to you courtesy of the Honourable Peter O’Neill.

If you have been on the internet for some time, you would also know Isaac Lupari through the many tantalising tidbits of gossip that have circulated over the years, especially resolving around his uncontrollable gambling sprees, often made to the Cairns Reef Casino in the company of Peter Yama. Who in the world was paying for all THAT? Well, Isaac Lupari, of course! For years he has managed to secure government annual salaries into the millions per year. Paying him such a high salary isn’t actually a bad investment, after all look at what he’s producing for the boss. Isaac Lupari is chief architect of the master plan to install Peter O’Neill as PNG’s first dictator. To put it simply, Isaac Lupari is to Peter O’Neill what Joseph Goebbels was to Adolf Hitler.
