PRIME MINISTER BLAMES OPPOSITION FOR UNI CHAOS

PAPUA NEW GUINEA, PETER O’NEIL MASTER OF THIEVERY, TRICKERY AND PATHOLOGICAL LIAR FOUND WAY BLAMING OPPOSITION FOR THE CHAOTIC SITUATIONS IN UNIVERSITIES – LAME EXCUSE.
by LEKEM LAKI

The recent turn of events involving student body boycotting classes from all premier institutions turned sour. A life is gone, properties destroyed and damaged worth millions of tax payers money. Others inflicted with pain and misery and surely it largely affected the academic year. Others are incarcerated for having a hand in the destruction of properties or for termination of life of a young promising and potential leader (in whatever pursued he would be in life).
Stakeholders are either in relax mood or to simply put, ignored because of arrogance and stubbornness. Thinking these are just mere students and they won’t go too far by boycotting of classes in the cause of demanding corrupt and pathologically notorious liar Peter O’Neil to step down or step aside and give into police.
Everything boils down to Peter O’Neil’s tarnished leadership as Prime Minister in Papua New Guinea. It’s now known and resonating across the Asia Pacific region and across the globe that PNG has the recipe of becoming Zimbabwe in the Pacific with a tyrant political leadership of Mugabe’s making.
In this hour, country imperatively requires a leader of sound mind, who is no nonsense, willing to let go pekes and privileges, let go Ministry and pull out condemning the corrupt government, join in the chorus and be accounted in the fight with the students.
A true genuine and passionate leader isn’t he or she with highest level of academic qualification. Isn’t he or she who has extensive experience and exposure at executive bureaucratic level. It isn’t he or she who has the ability and eloquence to articulate and relate well with people. Not a tycoon with material wealth.
Leadership isn’t defined by above factors and host more. Leadership can’t be bought or sold but need to earn the leadership. A leader is someone with the preparedness to suffer with the people and willingness to stand tall even when sky falls. A real leader is one who, when the going gets tough, points straight like needle to the pole.
Going by the behaviour and conduct of crop of leaders in government today, all are of below mediocrity. They are of no reputable character, none! With no vision, people perish.
I challenge the Members of Parliament who are members of different religious faiths, you have an obligation being the beckon of light in your era. A duty to get up on the walls of Jerusalem and blow the trumpet sounding the warning alarm to the residents (PNGeans) of eminent economic doom and gloom. There is no better time than this. If you don’t, who else! You will have missed your opportunity.
There is no Joseph or Josephus and Daniel or Daniella today. If we don’t have one now, be rest assured there be none tomorrow. None of the self-proclaimed Christians getting close to the calibre of Daniel (Daniella) or Joseph (Josephus).
Intriguingly, combining with politics, the enormity of money power has virtually benumbed or paralysed even the strongest Christian got elected into Parliament have succumbed to money and politics. Values and principles of Christianity appears no place in politics.
There is nothing wrong with money and politics. Daniel was the principle chief advisor to the government of heathen King Nebuchadnezzar of Babylon back then. Joseph became the Prime Minister in Egypt the only civilised country in the world then. All form of governments are an extension of God’s government for the goodwill of men. All laws are derived from the Moral law God gave to Moses on the mountain summit to regulate and govern society for society to function orderly and harmoniously.
Leaders of sound mind coupled with good common sense is rare in this day and age. Markedly country is devoid of such leadership and everybody flocked to government for DSIP and PSIP. Leaders are material orientated with no vision and people perish. This proves leaders have no guiding principles at all.
I have admired the leadership of member for Goroka in his previous term. He performed exceptionally well in his given ministerial portfolios. Also I revered Richard Maru when got elected for he had a strong Christian character but no more. Not to mention any other whether male or female known for their respective religious persuasion.
But I wouldn’t say power of politics and money is paralysing people of strong Christian faith becoming faithless. Members don’t act right using their God given mind and will-power empowered by divine power. It’s crazy every cabinet Ministers and back benches gone into hibernation and pretend as if they aren’t aware of the realities.
No one is willing to full out of government and call it a quit from given ministerial portfolio or vice ministry or parliamentary committee chairmanship, etc. The tentacles of PMPO’s corruption has tangled or locked everyone in so to speak.
It appears the tussle is between two people and from breadth and length of the country, everybody is in a spectator mood. This isn’t a show between Don B. Polye and Peter O’Neil and others are made to spectate. The economic fall-out respects no one, let alone relatives of members of parliament or top bureaucrats. Repercussions of poor leadership, mismanagement of economy, excessive loans exceeding ability to repay and extravagant spending are the hallmarks of management in crisis.
Citizens can’t take a laid-back approach and expect the students to take the bull-by-the-horn. From the highlands to the coastline and across islands, students fight is a common fight for all and need to be perceived in that light.
It isn’t time for pointing fingers. Peter O’Neil must take full ownership of the current crisis resulting in loss of a precious life. Your hands are stained with student blood beginning June 8th 2016. You can’t shift the blame to the opposition. You are the wrong captain sinking the ship. Your style of leadership when weighed in the balance, found wanting. Your fast track record of thievery and trickery combine that being pathological liar stands against you. You have now come to the tail end of your thievery, trickery, blame game and perversion of justice.
There is rivalry in Mioks team. Few Miok players including the Miok caption Peter Ipatas and his deputising caption John Pundari and apparently play maker Isaac Lupari and from the reserve bench Robert Gahnim deserted Mioks team and teamed up with neighbouring Mendi Muruks. Under the new captaincy of Mioks led by Don P. Polye, the two neighbouring brothers are battling for supremacy. This is a fearsome battle of all ages. In the showdown between Enga Mioks and Mendi Muruks, physicality of the game brings aggression, roughness and toughness from both sides when the two teams at loggerhead.
PNG, come join in the fun and pick your side and support. Let’s be entertained by the greatest game of all between Southern Highlands and Engan Political showdown in Parliament live telecast via TVWAN watched throughout PNG.
Thank you Kanges, Keras, Apos, Momase, NGI, Kawas, and Papuans. Have fun. This is for Engan and Souths. You won’t be affected in any facet of life.
