UNITECH STUDENTS WAKE UP! YOU ARE BEING TRICKED AGAIN!

Students!!!!  The very Unitech Council members who leached off Unitech's resources for years and are part of the corrupt Unitech triangle of Baloiloi-Stagg-Saulep are back in power!

Last week the NEC appointed Phillip Stagg and Ralph Saulep again to be  the Chancellor and Pro Chancellor of Unitech.   They join all the other former council members who allowed the corruption at Unitech under VC Misty Baloiloi to go on for years.   The former council is  back in power!

The interim council that was headed by Sir Nagora Bogan, and who supported Albert Schram and worked hard for his return, have been kicked out of power!  The good guys are out, the bad guys are in again!

Albert Schram could be terminated again tomorrow by the resurrected  council of Stagg and Saulep!!  They can get him deported again.  They can foul up Unitech!!

You only have until Wednesday's NEC meeting to make your voices heard  against this slap in your faces.   Nothing has been achieve so long as Stagg and Saulep have any authority whatsoever over Unitech.

Apply the teachings of Jesus and speak out forcefully against this  trick while there is still a chance to turn things around.

Demand that Phillip Stagg and Ralph Saulep resign their positions  immediately before the next meeting of the NEC!!!!

Unitech's students may not know that a critical piece of information  was either withheld from them last week or explained in a general way so they would not figure out what was going on.

A Fraudster and unqualified person has been shortlisted for NEC submission for the position of CEPA Managing Director. The candidate in question is Jude Tukulyia. His academic credentials are subject to scrutiny. Further investigation is required to verify the authenticity and legitimacy of his qualifications, particularly the reported diploma in accounting, Bachelor of Laws, MBA from Divine Word and UPNG respectively. It is very suspicious and unprofessional  when the Minister for Environment Conservation and Climate Change, Hon Simo Kilepa, wrote to UPNG Vice Chancellor asking to confirm Jude’s questioned education qualifications. This very due diligence work is the core responsibility of the Public Service Commission and Department of Personnel Management. What authority does the portfolio minister have to write to the Universities? Dumbfounding indeed if one asks. Ulterior motives written all over the letter. AUGUSTINE MANO PNG'S PREMIER CORPORATE CROOK

The court ruled that MRDC's appeal was an "abuse of process" and ordered the company to pay costs of the proceedings. MRDC, a unit holder in PBF, had taken legal action against the National Court's decision to dismiss its case, arguing that the court had no jurisdiction to hear the matter. However, the Supreme Court disagreed and held that MRDC's appeal was nothing more than an attempt to interfere with the police's criminal investigative process.
