DEAD PERSON DECLARED NICK KUMAN AS MP FOR GUMINE OPEN SEAT. 
Late Peter Kalpe was initially appointed as the RO for Gumine Open Seat in this coming election. Unfortunately, he died.
Hence, Max Yomba was appointed as his replacement.
In this press conference by the Electoral Commissioner Patilias Gamato, he said that RO Max Yomba declared Lucas Dawa as Member-elect for Gumine Open Seat at Dicksons Oval in Kundiawa.
The Electoral commissioner also said after that that the RO Peter Kalpe declared Nick Kuman as Member-elect for Gumine Open Seat "here at the Electoral Commission's office before the Deputy Electoral Commissioner ".
Peter Kalpe died. So a dead man declared Nick Kuman as Member-elect for Gumine Open Seat.

The court ruled that MRDC's appeal was an "abuse of process" and ordered the company to pay costs of the proceedings. MRDC, a unit holder in PBF, had taken legal action against the National Court's decision to dismiss its case, arguing that the court had no jurisdiction to hear the matter.
