WARNING ON 'PROCEEDS OF CRIMES'

Image
by Alois Jerewai Last week I posted a warning to all MPs, Banks and Financial Institutions, Corporate Entities and the PNG Public of the consequences of BRIBERY in the coming VOTE OF NO CONFIDENCE intended to be moved against the Prime Minister Hon Peter O'Neill anytime from the 7th. May 2019. I especially warned of the extent of the powers under the law of Proceeds of Crimes Act 2005, under which we will find you out who participate in BRIBERY in inducing the manner in which MPs will vote in the VONC and the MPs who accept and receive such BRIBES to vote in the way the person bribing wants. I warned that this method of operation in forming Government in PNG , although criminal in nature, had been AN OPEN SECRET and by our silence, acquiescence and open public discussions rather than condemnation, helped normalised this CRIMINAL BEHAVIOR. We have seen reports on social media of large amounts of cash withdrawals by a corporate entity and a State Owned Enterprise in exces

So who is the next alternate PM?

Image
by TERENCE KAPIPI The opposition knows that if they choose the alternative PM within their camp, others will feel uncomfortable to join them. So regardless, they have to swallow their pride and allow the nominee of the next PM to be from the government. Pangu Pati with their new leadership have sworn from within that they will never move unless James Marape is the alternative PM. This is from reliable sources. Hon. Peter Ipatas has returned to his old political party. His move was to regain the party leadership to position himself as the alternative PM. He is most likely to remain loyal to PO in the event that the alternate PM is not from Hela, SHP or Enga because his concern is to do with the regional leadership. Enga has more to lose than any other province. They move because of something bigger like PM post or they are more comfortable where they are already. Unless the tide is shifting to a point where they see that PO is sinking, their next best alternate choice would be M

PM must come clean on Papua LNG

Image
The Member for Moresby North-West, Sir Mekere Morauta, today questioned the legitimacy of the Gas Agreement the O’Neill Government has signed with the Papua LNG partners, saying the Prime Minister and his cronies have hijacked the approval process and put State and landowner interests at risk. “I have seen evidence from a variety of sources that suggests we are heading for a repeat of the PNG LNG model which has brought few benefits to the stat e and landowners,” he said. “Peter O’Neill has shut out the State Negotiating Team and gone with a Gas Agreement that is largely the work of Total, ExxonMobil and Oil Search. “The Department of Petroleum and other Papua New Guinean experts have been sidelined in favor of shadowy participants in the O’Neill Government’s corruption, waste and mismanagement. Why?” Mr O’Neill’s interference in due process opens PNG to another financial disaster, as it did with PNG LNG and the UBS-Oil Search loan, Sir Mekere said. It risks resource owners n

THE LITTLE BUTCHER - KILLING SIMBU ELITES

Image
Can this little midget be trusted by anyone ? Well knowing Simbus we are hospitable and friendly even a stranger who knocks on the door is given a room to sleep over for the night. And if anyone knew the good and the bad about the Simbu people it was Peter O'Neill who was aloof about the goodness of the people of Simbu and befriended them to exploit and butcher them after getting what he wanted. The former member for Kundiawa Gembogl Peter Waieng was the first victim being treacherously murdered while engaging in the construction business with the L & A group an outfit operated by the Cragnollinis based at 6 mile ,Port Moresby , where the late Waieng was operating his company office. Attempts to trace the murder of Peter Waieng had been foiled and still remains a mystery to date. The late Jeffrey Ekin Nape former member for SinaSina Yongomul , who served as a Speaker of Parliament for two terms atfter the vacancy by Sir William Skate , was an extraord

An Open Letter to Dr Fabian Pok by Hela Governor Philip Undialu

Image
by PHILIP UNDIALU MP I have some real issues for your clarification and they are; 1. Why did State ignored recommendations or proposal by State Negotiation Team or SNT backed by Ashurst, KBR, Wood Mackenzie, and signed a completely different agreement? I have confirmed with some SNT members and let's not fool fellow leaders, professionals and our peoole in general. 2. Why did State signed an agreement when Total failed to submit important requirements of law? I have confirmed that the from Acting Secretary Petroleum to Chief Secretary as Chairman is real, there exist such a signed letter and State brushed that and signed. 3. Why did State ignored StateSol advice on serious implications? His media statement this week Wednesday confirms that Gas Agreement is subject to Total fulfilling necessary requirements. What do you think those necessary requirements are? And are those requirements not necessary to be complied with first? Why did we ignored advise for six months adjournment? 4

WHY ARE WE BEING ROBBED OF OUR NATURAL RESOURCES? - WHO ARE THE REAL OWNERS?

Image
by BEN MICAH Good early morning esteemed friends and fellow citizens. Wake up. Wake up. Open your eyes to the most important issue at stake here. OWNERSHIP RIGHTS OVER THE LAND AND RESOURCES ON THE SURFACE AND BENEATH. Land in melanesia is owned by tribes and clans and has always been since time immemorial. Land which includes rivers, lakes, reefs, lagoons, seas and oceans between islands have traditional customary owners who have stories that connect their ownership claims that go back many generations. The process of incorporating land groups has fortunately captured these stories from elders and are now recorded and documented for future posterity. Land was never surrendered without some form of exchange or compensation. Unless off course it was lost to other tribes through war fare. Every tribe, clan and community in our country know the boundaries of their land and the inheritance that entitles them to claim ownership rights over it. The 5 or 10% of land that was alienated for

Sir Mekere welcomes PM’s humiliating court defeat over PNGSDP

Image
The Member for Moresby North-West, Sir Mekere Morauta, today welcomed the decision of the Singapore High Court in favor of PNG Sustainable Development Program Ltd against the State of Papua New Guinea. Sir Mekere said he was commenting as an individual, not on behalf of PNGSDP or its board. “It is a comprehensive victory for PNGSDP and for the people of Western Province,” said Sir Mekere, who was formerly the chairman of the company and led the defence against Prime Minister Peter O’Neill’s attempt to take state control of PNGSDP. “It is a humiliating defeat for Mr O’Neill, and an expensive exercise in futility by him. “It is time he stopped lamenting his defeat and turned his attention to save our struggling country. Instead of wasting time and money on something he cannot win, he should focus on fighting corruption and abuse of public assets and resources. He should focus on solving the problems he has inflicted on Papua New Guinea.” The Singapore High Court found in favor of PN
