Thank you all I would like to take this time to thank each and every one of you out there for giving your time every day to this website, the idea started as a protest against the level of corruption and the lack of information and interaction between Papua New Guineans on the issues and developments taking place in our beautiful country, we’ve come a long way and we are now entering into our 5th year, it has been a wild ride, we have been critical on all forms of corruption, mismanagement, fraudulent hand-outs and crony capitalism, we are ordinary Papua New Guineans who have the heart for PNG, we would like to do more, we have institutionalised this website to be the voice of the voiceless, we are in parallel battle in the information war with the mainstream media in PNG, they now have made  name for themselves, Rome had the Pretorian Guard, their job was to guard the emperor at that time, well ours is the PNG Pretorian guard media, willing to go way low to protect the emperor of the

The Movement of MPs in Parties causing instability in PNG Politics

Image
By JASON GIMA WURI There is no need to have so many political parties, the constitution of this land needs to be amended and laws enacted so politicians do not move like frogs jumping here and there. Where there is no vision, people perish. Recently there were four MPs that resigned from THE Party, looks like the so called MP's don't have their own visions so they are dancing to the music of others. We only need few political parties in PNG to lead this nation forward, too many parties’ leads to the lack of stability. Our MP's need to come down on their knees and ask God for wisdom like Solomon did. They need to repent and turn from their wicked ways and humble themselves and pray. Then God said, I will hear from heaven, forgive their sins and heal their land. 2 Chronicles 7:14 . Papua New Guinea Media outlets reported the four members were Forest Minister Douglas Tomuriesa, Higher Education Minister Delilah Gore, Labour and Industrial Relations Minister Benjamin Poponawa a

AWAL Communications is a fraud, a fraud company allowed to operate with no due dilligence.

By PAUL REINBARA How can a company from Dubai come up with a lot of questions, now we need to be mindful that this has the hand mark of a Papua New Guinean frontman who negotiated everything from the start.  It is becoming very clear   now that AWAL is a fraud, a fake company setup only to gain entry into PNG, we now have people coming forward with information that shows that AWAL fraudulently obtained trade and membership certificates from legitimate companies from the US, Canada, Singapore and elsewhere. It is now becoming very clear that this company was setup as a front by known conmen and impersonators to gain entry into the lucrative PNG telecommunications and extractive industry. Post Courier was the first PNG paper to publicly declare this company coming into PNG would be a blessing for the ever increasing communication market, yet they failed to do a thorough check on this company. As many know Dubai is a country built on slave/cheap labour from Pakistan and India as well as

Papua New Guinea’s Corrupt Paul Paraka Is At It Again: Colluding With the Judge

Image
By Legal Beagle   Paul Paraka has long had a reputation, dating back nearly 20 years to his start in Madang, of shoddy ethics.  Stories abound of him harassing opponents through threats and intimidation, even actual physical violence carried out by his helpers.   Those who knew him back in his UPNG days, including his campaign for SRC office, were aware that this fellow simply doesn’t play by the rules.   He was not a well liked fellow back in those days.  Those who have followed the Paraka story since then saw it as no surprise when he became the centre of attention in the Department of Finance Inquiry (full document is here:  https://pngexposed. wordpress.com/2010/08/17/the- full-finance-department- commission-of-inquiry-report/ ) , nor the more recent allegations that Paraka was continuing to milk the government for all he could, getting excessive payments in return for less than excessive legal service to the government. It should be as no surprise either that Paraka has now been
